The Bitches of the OC were in rare form last evening. Sunday nights have become a guilty pleasure after 10PM. Last night was Alexis's debut of her Alexis Couture dress line. To say it mildly her line was a bit of a disappointment. Outside of maybe one or two decent frocks the remainder of the line lacked creativity, definitely lacked versatility and came across more as a stripper line then a couture one. Meanwhile the main attraction of her dress premier was the Gretchen's caddy display of doubt when the news broke that "icky Vikki" was in the hospital with anal hemorrhaging.


Gretchen claimed Vikki was having stomach and apparent rectal issues for months prior to her hospital trip and wondered why today ( the debut of Alexis Couture ) of all days at "2pm" she would choose to now "do something about it." Whether or not Vikki was being mellow dramatic to gain the attention of her fellow housewives or not the real issues with Vikki were far more entertaining then her hospital visit. Vikki used the evening to confess that her and her hubby were living separate lives and lacked any intimacy for the passed 2 years. "I need to be touched" she exclaimed with tear welling up in her eyes. Apparently her and her hubby have been playing nice in front of others for years and she was ready to put that issue to bed(so to speak).

Jeana made a small but needed cameo to come to Simon's defence and try to convince his ex to drop the police charges against him. She is still vowing his actions need to be reprimanded but hurts badly for him and just wants him to move on with his life and be happy. Um Yeah and we all believe that.


All in all the show left a little to be desired last evening. But have no fear no doubt the future episodes will be packed with kitty cat fights and buffets of long awaited brawls with the girls of the OC. We'll still tune in next week to watch the drama unfold, if not for anything else but to laugh it up at (good little catholic girl) Alexis who still has no idea she named her new dress line after a real housewife/ porn star. Oh yeah that never gets old.
