Family Feud Freezes For a Moment

On last nights episode of RHONJ we saw Italian family feuding freeze for just a moment. Even in Jersey where the drama is never dull and the housewives are over the top, we view family unity at its best. Sister In laws Teresa and Melissa who have been biting each others heads off for the greater part of the season, seemed to set their differences aside last night. Fans were left wondering if this would in fact be the finale of the family feud we've viewed through the season.

Melissa and Joe Gorga through an even more over the top, then over the top Christmas party on last nights episode. The event was hinted to costing somewhere in the $50,000 range and was fully fashioned with carolers, ice sculptures, super good-looking star servers and even a step and repeat Posh photo op. Melissa made sure she included a charity in her holiday party and asked each guest to bring a gift to be given to children's charity St Joe's children's hospital. Every one Melissa and Joe knew were invited, even including Teresa and Joe Giudice.

Teresa and Joe showed up "tardy to the Party" but none-the- less, they showed up. Every one seemed to be on their best behavior and cordial kisses and hugs were exchanged. In a blink of an eye, the party was put on pins and needles and in walked Kim G, with Monica ( the attorney suing the Giudices) as her plus one. Viewers were appalled by the bad behavior of Kim G. The Manzos, The Giudices and even the Gorgas gasped with disapproval when Caddy Kim G entered irritatingly along with her guest.

Families fight and feud, its a fact of life. But blood is thick and families don't appreciate when one of their own gets attacked. Whether or not Melissa and Joe have agreed to get along well with the Giudices isn't relevant when it comes to others attacking or hurting them. As soon as the Gorgas realized Monica was at the party, the two went to work swiftly to remove her from their home. They repeatedly asked her to leave the party and suggested to Kim G it wasn't a wise idea to have brought her. Regardless of her feelings towards Teresa, Melissa fled to her families defence and for her fabulous behavior this Team Teresa fan is giving Melissa Gorga SNAPs of approval.

Whether or not the family feud has ended still remains to be seen. But blood is definately thick as thieves and you do NOT mess with an Italian jersey Family. As Jacqueline put it. Kim G needs to realize she is messing with a family. Kim G gets the GAG thumbs down for her bad behavior. Watch RHONJ on Sunday nights on Bravo for all the action.

 Housewives have been a trending television topic as of late and the epidemic is growing rapidly. Among the many housewife shows one of the more favored is the Real Housewives of New Jersey. The girls are gorgeous and the drama is seldom deemed dull. But the real reason the Jersey girls are getting the Good Advice Guru SNAPs of approval is due to the "Fabulicious" and unpretentious personality of super star, Teresa Giudice.

Most Housewife shows portray women who live luxurious lavish lifestyles and are almost always un-relatable. Sure we'd all like to become a girl who "has it all" so to speak but the likelihood of that happening is slim to none at best. For some reason however, this particular Jersey girl has a super star quality so special, it makes you feel as though shes exactly like you. Teresa Giudice is a mom, like many. She puts her friends and family first, like many. She lives her life to the fullest, like many and has a heart made of pure gold, like so very many. Although she seems to live "the good life" there's something common and familiar about Teresa. She's not afraid to show she makes mistakes and invites the world to see when she does. Teresa doesn't boast about the "goods shes got" and although she seemingly spends a fortune in the first few episodes, she doesn't come off to the average "Joe" ( no pun intended) as pretentious or gloaty. Instead, comes across as a sweet simple Italian housewife from Jeresy. A mother who loves nothing more then to give her girls everything they deserve and protect and love her whole family with every inch of who she is. 

As a mother of four gorgeous little girls she dresses them in delicious, to die for dresses and over the top outfits that any girly girl would hope and wish for. Complete with accessories, bows and purses to match, each of her daughters are "poshed" up like little princesses and once in a while,  even mommy matches. In an early episode Teresa and her girls, dressed to the nines, come from a shopping trip to meet Joe ( her husband) for dinner. He's a man a very few words, but during the dinner Teresa shares she's spent a fortune shopping. She then says a statement she utters frequently throughout the series. She says "Happy wife, Happy Life". And during an episode interview "Juicy Joe" ( which Teresa calls him) reveals he's happy if she's happy. He does joke about hiding the credit cards when Teresa is around but ultimately he's content to see the four wonderful women in his life living the lifestyle he wants them to live. 

As sweet and heart felt as Teresa is, she is after all a "Jersey girl", and Jersey girls come fully equipped with attitude and terrible tempers to boot. She's not someone to reckon with. When Danielle crossed over to Teresa's bad side  the first two seasons there was no doubt in the minds of viewers that eventually the two would soon feud. There was also no doubt that the Italian tempered Teresa would wipe the floor with the less dominating Danielle. Teresa DID NOT disappoint! Fans were left with a table flipping, anger filled, drama drowned episode that made RHONJ make its mark in the TV hall of fame of fabulous fights. And amongst TV fights and feuds, this one was ranked up there with the best. The sweet "Fabulicious" cook book creating queen, put family first, amazing housewife/mommy suddenly turned into temper tantrumed, big blow out oober Bitch. And fans couldn't have been happier with the outcome.  Danielle was definitely deemed the loser in this blow out and Giudice went from simple unknown housewife to Teresa Giudice famous gorgeous girl with a "Bangin Jersey Bod", a great BIG Jersey smile and a Jersey tough girl temper. Snooki was no longer Jerseys most famous female.

This season RHONJ brought in Teresa's brother and sister-in-law Joey and Melissa Gorga. Fans aren't feeling the love for the duo, as many believe Melissa just joined the show to out shine her sister-in-law. That and to out the financial foes the Giudice family has been facing as of late. Melissa tries tirelessly to play the victim to Teresa's so called antics but the fans are standing behind their favorite Jersey girl. Teresa has the love and support of over 80% of the viewers.  Many have even mentioned if Melissa wants to keep her place on the show, she should try as tirelessly to make amends with Teresa rather than bellowing and bad mouthing as she has been. In a recent pole taken by the shows network "Bravo" over 78% of the viewers watching just that evening were totally on Teresa's side. Melissa may not be the menace shes appears to be, but she made a major mistake in her debut episode. She came in guns blazing tearing down Teresa and stabbing at the superstar before viewers even got the chance to like her. She claims she wants peace for her family and her only intentions are for her husband to be happy. But still, she continues to create drama between the two siblings making caddy instigating remarks about Teresa to her husband. Teresa sticks to a motto she has had since the beginning that she always puts family first "my family is the most important thing to me" she states. She not only says that statement sincerely but she shows it as well. Teresa and "Juicy Joe" ( her husband) have hit some terrible times. Teresa lives in a house without home furnishing but she takes a tip from Tammy Wynnet and "Stands by Her Man" through think and thin. Fans haven't seen any evidence from Melissa as of yet, that if the tables were turned and she had to work for food and mortgage would she do the same and "Stand By her Man? Many fans are  skeptical about Melissa's intetnions and about her feelings towards Teresa.  Teresa may sometimes live in a world of her own, denying that things are falling down around her. But when push comes to shove the "Fabulicious" gorgeous girl has proven time and again... No one can break her down.. after all she's a Jersey girl. This Jersey girl gets  Good Advice Guru SNAPs of approval. Your Fans are forever with you all the way and we'll even give you second SNAPs Teresa Giudice..and  SNAPs for the 'FABULICIOUS Giudice family as well.

The Next Celine Dion?...Or NOT?

By now viewers of Bravo reality series RHONJ know very well new housewife Melissa Gorga. She made quite an entrance this season as the "not so nice" sister-in-law of every bodies favorite "Jersey girl", Teresa. Since the beginning of the season Melissa has made it clear she isn't a fan of the "Fabulicious", fearless Gorga family and insists aside from her husband Joe Gorga) they have made it hard for her to feel a part of the family. Previous to this season Teresa had no intentions of airing her dirty laundry , so to speak, and never breathed a word about the feud between the two families. However, Melissa barely had her five minutes of fame before she made it clear to fans her feeling towards Teresa. The two have since sat together to try to mend family drama and disputes, but it still seems tensions are higher then usual and fans feel there's still feuding to come in the future. What will happen in the season to come, only the housewives truly know. We will just have to watch to see where the two families wind up.

Besides the feuding families, fans were also given the fact that Ms Melissa aspires to be a singer. During an episode this season her husband Joe, shushes the children so sweet Melissa can sing her unique version of long time Bible hymn "Amazing Grace". Most of us who have heard the hymn before haven't exactly heard Melissa's "special version of the song in where she replaces the word "wretch" with the word "wench". Some may say it was an appropriate exchange of words since fans aren't exactly sure if the housewife has the best of intentions when it comes to her relationship with Teresa. None-the -less despite the humorous word play the housewife went forth exploring avenues for her "talent".

In last nights episode Joe ( Melissa's husband) decides that he will deal with Melissa's dream of becoming an aspiring artist by building her her own studio in the families basement. Gorga believes his wife has a place at home with her children as a mommy and making money as a musician should come only second fiddle to him and his children. Apparently the construction will continue and Joe decided that building his wife a studio for her singing was still a good idea.

Melissa invites a buffet of music talents to the Gorga house to hear her new single "On Display". The song is somewhat of a project in the works but if viewers watched a snip it of the song during "Bravo Andie's" after show, we see the reaction of the audience was NOT exactly what one would call one on the positive side. Still her family and friends insist she has an amazing gift, but we just haven't apparently heard it as of yet. Joe Gorga has said that his wife has got "the whole package" and in her defense, there are many famous artists in the world today who have made it simply because of their good looks, the fact they can carry a tune and a little thing we'd like to call electronic enhancement. fans of the RHONJ will just have to see if Mrs Melissa Gorga has what it takes to become the "super star singer" she apparently thinks she is. DO's

1. Tell your husband when you are fighting with your cousin so he can surprise you with a brand new car!

2. When singing Amazing Grace in front of millions of viewers substitute the word "wench" for wretch

3. Always bring a bodyguard to all Posche Parties you never know who you'll end up fighting

4.When dressing your children make sure to match them perfectly outfits, hair bows, purses, all accessories

5. Be sure to have a Botox party when introducing yourself to family of your new friends

6. Praise your children when they have great ideas ( like opening a car wash/ strip club)

7.Bring all family and friends to the consultation when you are getting a "Boob Job"

8. Buy your daughter a car even when she misbehaves and do it without consulting with your wife first

9. Make enough food/desserts to feed a third world country for weeks when having immediate family over

10. Make sure your guests enjoy a mechanical bull ride before a Holiday meal!

DONT'S

1. Don't arrive on time for ANY family functions you are invited to but always get really angry with others when they are late arriving to your family function!

2. Don't get along with everyone in the family it just isn't normal

3. Never leave the house without a cat burglar hat.

4. Never allow yourself to become friends with anyone named Kim ( they can't be trusted)

5. Never meet a man or know his full name before you start having regular phone sex with him!

6. Never use any other color to decorate your bathroom with besides GOLD

7. Never buy anything unless it is really expensive and completely over the top!

8. Don't trust anyone who isn't Italian (or connected somehow)!

9. Never marry into a family without someone with the name "Joe" (or "Tony" )

10. Never show yourself in public without mounds of make up and spray tan!

Family quarrels, kitty cats and even a SNOOKIE on the Housewives of Jersey

"Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive!" Monday nights "real Housewives of New Jersey did not disappoint. Drama surrounded the lovely Melissa as she stuck to her super-fabricated story last evening that Theresa had started the argument and family feud between her and her brother. Melissa vowing she wants "no more yelling and screaming" and wants nothing more then everyone to just get along continued to tell "her side" of the (babies christening turned boxing match) story exclaiming her husband was only jumping to his defence and Theresa should have known better then to speak to him after he'd had a few cocktails. She claimed he just couldn't listen to one more word of her"fakeness" and apparently that Theresa should have seen the warning signs.


Meanwhile Kathy trying desperately to play amends maker quickly jumped to Melissa and Joe (her husbands) defense asking Theresa if she could take her away for just a moment and speak with her during the Posh fashion show. She asked her why she hasn't contacted her brother and mainly placed the blame of the christening drama on Theresa. She Quickly cornered Theresa and threw accusations of Theresa being a negligent mother. But our hot headed Theresa responded swiftly throwing up her hand in Kathy's face and exclaimed "Don't go there Kath" then seconds later shouts"I'm done with you Kath, DONE DONE DONE." Of course an entourage of gossip eager ladies formed around them and the Brownstone hosted Posh fashion show almost turned into the feisty playground of kitty cat antics it did last season loaded with Daniel drama. Fortunately for the ladies (but unfortunately for the viewers) sweet motherly matriarch Caroline rushed in to rescue the reputation of Brownstone and denied anyone the right to fight in her family owned club. She said she didn't care if they duked it out in their own homes but exclaimed to all "Not in Here." The night ended gracefully and all went their separate ways. (Boo Hoo )


On a different note it was Halloween in Jersey and "dress to impress" was undoubtedly the theme. Melissa Vaselined herself into a fitting one-piece kitty-cat pleather number (big surprise there) while her husband Joe thrilled ladies everywhere by decking himself out in a leopard mini dress full out with patent leather pumps and topped off with a big bump-it Snookie wig. HA... LARIOUS! The couple then partied with every ones favorite trouble maker Kim G who stuck to her reputation and stirred the Teresa/Melissa trouble pot by making quick friends with Melissa out of her mutual spite-filled feelings for Theresa. As if partying on Halloween with Joe and Melissa wasn't bad enough Kim G decided to sit with Melissa and her "posse" during the Posh fashion show and actually made snide remarks and child-like funny faces while Theresa was walking the cat-walk. This woman may not be a casted member of the Jersey Housewives but no doubt her nasty willingness to stir up drama gets her an honorable mention.
