5 EASY WAYS TO GET HIM TO NOTICE YOU

5 Easy Ways to Get Him to Notice YOU

Why is it that when a girl is interested in a guy she suddenly starts to make rookie mistakes all over again? Women are understandably creatures of habit but honey....if it didn't work the first ten times chances are it isn't going to work this time either! Really, men are not all that complex but for some unknown reason when our hearts start to pitter pat our game tends to go flat. Wake up ladies its not rocket science. How many times does a man that you are completely NOT interested in suddenly become very interested in you? It happens all the time because around men you are not interested in you are confident, sassy, sexy and desirable.

So why do so many women become the exact opposite of that when they are around men they are interested in? Honestly I have no answer for you there but what I can tell you is 5 very easy ways to get him to notice and adore you!

1. Do NOT be timid and shy around him!!!

Men are not as sociable as we are. The last thing they want to do is to carry on a conversation with themselves. Be your lovable social self when you are talking to him. Do not think that just because you like him means that you have to wait for him to come talk to you. Go up to him say hello and take it from there. There are about a million things you can talk to him about you just have to do a little homework. Find out what he likes and then do a little research on it. For example if he plays basketball with his buddies one or two nights a week use that as your opening. "Hey I heard you talking about your game the other night. How did you do? Did you guys win? My brother is a big basket ball nut unfortunately for him he's not as good as he'd like to be." (ha ha...you both laugh) ..Now you have a dialect started. You do not have to ask him for his hand in marriage just to talk to him. Now he's noticed you and you didn't wait for him to come to you.

2. Compliment Him

There is nothing more exciting to a man then a woman who actually notices him. Find something that you like about him that day ( preferably shoes, wardrobe, hair) and tell him he looks good. Don't go overboard and make a fool of yourself. You do not want to come on to strong but a simple" hey I like that shirt on you..Its the perfect color for you" Works wonders... you will make him feel good and trust me he will be thinking about you and that compliment all day long.

3. make Eye Contact

At some point during the day let him catch you checking him out. This takes a little finesse, after all you don't want to have a blatant staring contest with the man ( that's just creepy). However a little glare, a quick smile then look away. Its a simple tactic but it will get him to notice that you have noticed him. Try not to do this more then twice during the day after all overkill can make you seem like a stalker and we don't want that.

4. Chum it up with your co workers ( or classmates)

Depending on the setting use the people around you to get him to notice you. Have a laugh or two with the guy or girl that sits by him. Again this takes a touch of finesse. Over kill can make you look silly. Strike up a conversation with your co workers and let him see just how sassy and interesting you are. If you share a joke with others and they find you fun and intriguing then he just might as well. Let him check you out through someone else's eyes. He will wonder what the fuss is all about and be asking about you in no time.

5. Dress to Impress

Don't just wear the same old same old daily. Fix your hair a little different and slap on a little lipstick. Buy a new outfit that shows off all of your beautiful attributes. Be careful not to dress to provocatively, after all you do not want to attract him for all the wrong reasons. However wear an outfit that makes you look like you, only better. Focus on a figure flattering style, a bright fresh color, ad super cute pumps, and a teeny wiggle in your giddy-up and you are bound to catch a glimpse of him checking you out!

ADVICE FOR EMMA

Emma is a dear friend with a common problem. Emma has 4 lovely children, a wonderful husband and a beautiful home. She is a gorgeous woman both inside and out and has more then most when it comes to the pleasures of life. However, Emma has this one small problem. Its called guilt. Emma is a terrific mother to her 4 children. She cooks she cleans, she makes the beds, does the laundry and cleans up after everyone in the  house.(this is no easy task in her house I might add). Emma takes care of everyone so well in fact, that she has made no time during her very busy fulfilling life for herself.
She constantly states how lucky she is and how she would feel guilty taking a spa day or a day out to spend with just the girls. Emma refuses to take time out just for her.

MY ADVICE FOR EMMA
Emma you are a beautiful woman who deserves the beautiful things you have been given in life. So many of us mothers and wives feel that our jobs of taking care of our families comes with a contract stating we are NOT allowed to take time for ourselves. This cannot be any further from the truth. As a wife and mother it should be made law that you must take time out for you!
There is nothing more important then family but in order to be a warm, wonderful, well intentioned wife and mother it is essential that we learn to take care of ourselves as well as our families. So many women forget who they are when they become wives and mothers. They lose all sense of self-worth and eventually fall into deep depression due to lack of paying attention to themselves. In order to be the perfect wife and mother it is imperative that a woman take care of herself first. We want to teach our children to be self confident and have self worth. That means presenting yourself well groomed and being the very best you can be. This does require, hair styling, massages, make up and regular spa treatments. Our children need to learn from our example that in order to love others we must first love ourselves. Its virtually impossible to love yourself if you are unkempt and not taken care of. There is nothing wrong with spending a little money on things that beautify us and keep us looking our best. Once in a while being treated to a night out and hiring a sitter can only make us appreciate the time we spend with our families more. Getting away for a girls weekend without the hubby and kids will in fact make us well rested rejuvenated an in turn treat our families with more love and attention.
If it is budgeted correctly and planned appropriately taking time out for you and you alone is perfectly acceptable and in fact a perfect necessity to continue being a warm, wonderful well intentioned wife and mother. Let go of the guilt girls and take care of you!

ADVICE FOR AMY

AMY'S QUESTION:

I am in my 3rd years of college. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 6 months now. We have a great time together and we get along really well. Lately though, he has been getting really mad at me when I want to hang out with my friends. He says I spend to much time with them and he feel excluded. We go out at least 2 times a week and we see each other everyday because we go to the same school. I like him a lot and really don't want to lose him. What should I do?

RESPONSE TO AMY:

College is one of the most exciting times of your life. After college the "real world" takes charge and the fun times are put on a back burner for a while. As a junior I imagine you are buried in books and up to your ears in work. Blowing off some steam and letting loose with your gal pals should be a welcoming release from the perpetual pressures of turn papers and rigorous research. The close mates you make in college tend to stick around even after you graduate and soon become life-long chums. If your boyfriend is irritated by them after only 6 months you can count on his irritation growing even more as time moves on. Having a great guy who you get along well with certainly ads a little skip to your giddy-up and boosts the self confidence. But, if he's always on your case about the fun times you want to share with your friends he may not be the "great guy" you think he is.

You should bring the matter to his attention and let him know his issues with your "time management" are in fact just that ..his issues. You spend your days working hard trying to earn your education. You have given him at the very least 2 nights during the week and make it a point to see him daily. At this point there really isn't any more you can offer up. He may just surprise you, apologize for his immature insecurities and beg you to forget he said anything at all. However, if he continues to criticize you and this arrangement isn't working for him then perhaps you two crazy kids just aren't the perfectly paired couple you thought you were. Trust me sweety this guy isn't the chosen messiah of men. There are plenty of "tools" in the shed and the sharpest ones don't sweat the nuts and bolts. Good Luck Amy.

ADVICE FOR JENN

Jenn is a great friend of mine who has a husband who is a control freak. Jenn is the epitome of lovely , intelligent, and sweet as chocolate pie. She is the kind of person who goes out of her way to help a friend and goes even further to please her family.
While being a mother and wife some may thing she sits at home and eats bon bons all day living off her husbands money. This couldn't be further from the truth. She spends countless hours cleaning and organizing the house so when her husband comes home there's not a crumb on the floor nor a speck of dust on the furniture. She browses cookbooks and Internet cooking sites daily to find practically perfect dishes to prepare for dinner and regularly prepares a decadent dessert with her extra extraordinary meals to delight her husbands unique and well fed taste buds. Ladies, I do not lie when I say this woman puts Donna Reed to shame and makes Mrs Brady look like the Octo mom.
That being said, the unfortunate part is that her husband seems unfazed and surprisingly unimpressed with her continuous efforts to please him. He rarely compliments her creative cooking attempts and often boasts fun at them leaving her feeling embarrassed and utterly unappreciated. Yet even though she never seems to get the raving reaction she's so yearning  for she continues cooking and cleaning hoping next time he will give her the love affection and proper praise she so clearly deserves.

My humble advice to you my dearest friend is to please tell this man exactly how you feel. I would never give the advice to anyone to walk out of a marriage based solely on the fact that one partner is under appreciated. Make no mistake there is no abuse going on here and Jenn's husband does provide plentifully for himself and his beautiful family. However is it really that much to ask for a little love, a simple smile or two and a smidgen of over due appreciation for a woman who obviously adores you? The answer; I think not!
Jenn you need to become slightly more assertive and stand up to your man loudly and proudly. Its time for the little voice inside you to come out and play and say "hey husband : look at me, look at me!"
You are a remarkable woman with so many beautiful gifts to offer. You go out of your way to please those you love especially the man of you dreams. There is no reason in the world he shouldn't go out of his way to return the favor. I truly believe when he finds out how your heart feels inside that he will man up, step up to the plate and become the home-run husband you have always known he could be. Good luck my beautiful friend.... My heart is with you always.

The Real Housewives Of New Jersey

New comer Kathy claims
shes the "peace maker"
Do you agree?
Ok so this week the kitty cats came back out to play! The housewives of Jersey outdid themselves this week! They were in rare form and seriously showed their Jersey this week!

As you all know I hate reality TV but I do not know what it is about these ladies that I just love!

The Fabulous girls of Jersey
Theresa,Caroline,Jaqueline

I cannot say that I miss Daniel and all her drama...however I do miss the fun friction between her and the other housewives! The back stabbing, hate mails sent and my personal favorite the mob references throughout the show!! HA..larious!!! Seriously you cant write this stuff any better! This week Theresa's sister in law joined the cast. Can I just say HELLO TROUBLEMAKER!! First of all is it me or does she say "Jesus" (and biblically means it) every five minutes? Are we supposed to believe this housewife is a good God baring girl? Are we supposed to believe she only wants peace for her husband and his sister? Um yeah not so much! She blames Theresa's husband Joe for the relationship issues between her husband and Theresa and her husband and her and her husband and his father. Are you getting the picture here? am I the only one who sees the operative word here is her husband. Hes a real Italian mans man full equipped with a huge ego, slicked back hair, tan toned and a BIG anger management issue. Its going to be a good season I can feel it! She is caddy caddy caddy..MEOW!!! But comes across with the sweet as pie (What did I do wrong?) tone in her voice! All the while plotting the fights amongst the family members she doesn't like Theresa,Theresa,Theresa! She came out smelling like a rose this week after she triggered her alcohol infested husband(also Joe) to lash out at his sister ( Theresa) ( big surprise there)! Anyway the 90 minute premier ended on a high note when Joe (our new kitty cats husband) and Joe ( Theresa's husband) brawled on the floor during a child's christening party and it was FABULOUS!!! Class at its most high!! ..Go Jersey Wives Go! ..they are some classy kitties!.Cant wait to tune in next week. Sunday nights are beginning to become very entertaining!!
